Raising money as a nonprofit is always a challenge -- especially in this economic climate. This course will provide you the tools to help your organization, school, nonprofit agency, community service group or business to successfully raise the funds our organization needs to meet its goals.
You will learn the proper way to create a fundraising program, how to
conduct valuable research to find the right donors to support your
mission, how to write an effective grant application or proposal and
how to structure your program evaluation to capture the right data.
The courses provides hands-on training with real grant templates used by the instructor to walk each student through the process of completing a grant application. Includes instruction on how to write an effective cover letter, how to respond to a RFP or grant invitation, how to communicate with donors and how to create effective program evaluations.
